By using the services provided by Easy Computer Help (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

We provide in-home and remote tech support for personal and home devices. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Device setup and troubleshooting

  • Wi-Fi/network support

  • Data backup assistance

  • PC optimization

  • General tech consultations

We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem a request outside of our expertise or scope.

2. Service Limitations

While we aim to provide high-quality support, we do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved. You understand and agree that:

  • We are not responsible for any lost data, files, or hardware damage that may occur before, during, or after service.

  • We are not liable for third-party hardware or software performance.

  • We do not provide manufacturer warranties or hardware replacements.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email.

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rates vary depending on the service and scope of work. Some services may be billed at a flat rate; others by the hour.

  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, etc.).

5. Privacy & Data Security

6. Liability Disclaimer

Easy Computer Help is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms
